01 - Generate Messenger installation code for your Site

Step 1 - With Facebook open, in the right corner of the Menu bar, click on the 'Settings' option.

NOTE: It is necessary that your profile is Page Administrator to generate the code.

Step 2 - On the left side menu, click on the 'Messenger Platform' option.

Step 3 - Under 'Sections', click on 'Skip to section' which is in front of the sentence 'Customer Chat Plugin'.

Step 4 - When you are directed to the Client Chat Plugin section, click 'Configure'.

Step 5 -Click 'Next'.

Step 6 - Select the language option 'Português (Brasil)'.

Step 7 - If you wish, create a personalized greeting or just click on 'Next'.

Step 8 - Click 'Next' (We will customize the color later, according to the colors of your Site)

Step 9 - In the 'ADD SITE DOMAIN NAME' section, enter your domain's link and click 'Save'.

Step 10 - Keep the 'I will install the code myself' option selected and COPY the code that appears in the square on the right side of the screen. After that, click on 'Finish'.

Step 11 - Click 'Finish', Done! Now just send us the copied code by e-mail.
