Access the Calls Panel through the link: https://grupocriacao.tomticket.com/helpdesk

Step 2

enter your Access Email in the 'Your Email' field and your Access password in the 'Password' field, then click on the button ENTER.

ATTENTION: If you have not received your Ticket Panel login email and password, please contact us right now!

Click on the button NEW CALL.

Select with which Department you want to talk and click the button CONTINUE.

Fill in the following information:

1º - Subject: from a subject to your calling;

2º - Message: write down everything you need;

3° - If necessary, you can Attach Files at the call.

At the end you must click on the button. CREATE CALL.

There, your call has been created! Now just wait for an attendant to answer your call..

When an attendant answers your call, you will be notified by email, so it is important that you always access your email.

Reminder: We have up to 72 hours (3 days) to respond to a call, please allow this period..
