Step 1
Access the Calls Panel through the link: https://grupocriacao.tomticket.com/helpdesk
Step 2
enter your Access Email in the 'Your Email' field and your Access password in the 'Password' field, then click on the button ENTER.
ATTENTION: If you have not received your Ticket Panel login email and password, please contact us right now!
Step 3
Click on the ticket you want to answer.
Step 4
Scroll down to bottom of page.
In the field 'write a new message' you must write your answer.
If you want or need it, just below the field 'write a new message', on the left side has a button 'Upload Files' where you can attach files to your answer.
Step 5
Once you've finished writing your message and attaching your files (if necessary), just click the button Answer which is below the field 'write a new message'.
Step 6
READY! the call has been answered.
