Access the Calls Panel through the link: https://grupocriacao.tomticket.com/helpdesk
Step 2
enter your Access Email in the 'Your Email' field and your Access password in the 'Password' field, then click on the button ENTER.
ATTENTION: If you have not received your Ticket Panel login email and password, please contact us right now!
Step 3
Click on the ticket you want to close..
Step 4
Next to the number and subject of your call, there is a button end call, just click on it to end your call..
Step 5
READY! Your call has ended.
