Step 1 - First, open the email you want to backup, navigate to File, Open & Export and click Import/Export.

Step 2 - We select the option to Export to a file.

Step 3 - Select Outlook Data Files

Step 4 - Select the folder you want to backup and it is optional to select the subfolders

Step 5 - Select the folder where the file with the emails will be.

Step 7 - Ready! Your messages are backed up
