Regardless of the device, any configuration must follow the same pattern below:
• User will always be the full e-mail account (ex: youremail@yourdomain.com)
• The server or host, whether for SMTP, IMAP or POP3, will always be mail.yourdomain.com, yourdomain.com or rl-30us.hmservers.net
• SMTP port, will always be 587
• POP3 port, will always be 995
• IMAP port, will always be 993
• Use SSL/TLS on incoming server
• Use STARTLS or TLS on the outgoing server
• For SMTP use, always check the option for which the server requires authentication.
If an error message is displayed with the above settings, choose to use without encryption as a test, follow the settings that must be changed:
• SMTP port, will always be 587
• POP3 port, will always be 110
• IMAP port, will always be 143
• Do not use encryption on the incoming server
• Do not use encryption on the outgoing server
