Intellectual Property
All content created or provided by CRIAZI Websites during the provision of services, including but not limited to designs, codes, images, and text, remains the property of CRIAZI Websites unless a property transfer agreement is expressly established in writing.
After a period of 36 months of active contract from the contracted date, all intellectual property of the website will automatically be transferred to the Client, thereby revoking all material including, but not limited to, designs, codes, images, and text.
Proper Use
The client agrees to use the services of CRIAZI Websites only for legal purposes and in accordance with all satisfactory laws and regulations. The use of our services for illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purposes is prohibited.
Payments and Costs
The monthly amount will be established according to the package chosen by the contractor. Any late payments will be subject to additional charges. CRIAZI expressly reserves the right to suspend services until payments are fully settled.
Privacy and Security
CRIAZI Websites commits to adopting measures to protect the information provided by the client during the website creation process. However, total security of data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refunds
The right to cancellation is optional at any time, just contact us and present the reasons for cancellation so that the procedure can be duly initiated.
