MALICIOUS BOLETS

• We only send invoices via email to adm@criazi.com

• We do not send correspondence with slips! All our slips are sent only by email adm@criazi.com

• Be suspicious whenever you receive a ticket with a different amount than what you are used to paying or that was not agreed upon.

• In case of any situation, call us immediately at (11) 3499-7203 and clarify your doubts before paying the bill.

• Or if you prefer, you can access your account at the Customer Center and generate your ticket there with the login and password that are sent in your registration email (https://user.criazi.com/login).

To make sure that a boleto is legitimate from Registro.br, please check the guidelines described at: https://registro.br/boleto-malicioso.html that identify the beneficiary, issuing bank and numbering of the issued boletos.
